How do I reset my password?

Please visit this link to reset your password.

Click Here

Enter your email address and watch for a reset link in your email account.

If you don’t see it in your inbox, check your spam/junk folder to be sure it didn’t go there.

You will click the reset link from the email sent to reset your password. Store your password in a safe place so you don’t have to go through this process each time.

If this doesn’t work for you, reach out with the contact form below and we can manually reset for you if necessary.

How do I create an account?

You can create an account during checkout. You will need to create a username and strong password.

You need an account in order to re-download any purchases made on our site.

When you make a purchase you’ll find your product inside your account under the section called ‘downloads’.

This will stay in your account until the product has been removed from our store. Though we don’t plan to remove anything, it is a possibility so download right away and store on your computer for safe keeping.

How do I access my account?

When you make a purchase you’ll find your product inside your account under the section called ‘downloads’.

Look at the top right of the screen and you’ll see all your account links under the “person” icon next to the shopping bag.

To log in and access all your content, click the ‘MY ACCOUNT’ link and ‘ACCOUNT LOGIN’ link to enter your email and password.

Inside your account you’ll have access to all of your personal information and all of your download links.

We use PayPal for checkout so none of your payment information is stored on our servers.

Where do I find my product?

When you make a purchase you’ll find your product inside your account under the section called ‘downloads’.

This will stay in your account until the product has been removed from our store.

Some of our products may be exclusive, some may only available to buy for a limited time and then they may be removed.

It is important that you download your product as soon as possible as once we remove the product it can not be retrieved.

How do I download my product?

After you have made a purchase from us, we will send you a confirmation email with links to all of your products. Just click each link to download.

You can also access your content any time from your account.

When you make a purchase from us, we automatically create a private account for you. All of your order information and download links can be accessed there too.

When logged into your account, just click on ‘DOWNLOADS’ from the list on the left-hand side. A list of all your content will be there. Just click on each one to download to your computer.

My printables won't download. What do I do?

  1. If the download doesn’t complete, try canceling the download and saving it to a different location on your computer.

If you still have issues: 

  1. Clear your cache and cookies and try again.

Still having issues: 

  1. Try a different browser.

If none of the above fix your problem, please contact us at the bottom of this FAQ page and we will send you an alternate download link.

What software do I need to open my product?

Most of our products are PDF files so you will need a PDF reader to view.

Some products are JPG/PNG picture files so a photo viewer or editor is a good idea.

Some products are editable documents such as Word/Google Docs. So you will need a compatible text editing software.

And a few others are templates we’ve created using Canva.com.

You can use the free version of Canva to edit these files and download as JPG, PNG, or PDF files. However if you want to download them with transparent backgrounds you will have to have the upgraded Canva account.

How do I use a coupon?

After you have added all your product to your shopping bag, you can click on the little bag icon on the top right of the site. Once in shopping cart view simply copy and paste your coupon code into the code section on the left – then click ‘APPLY COUPON’ and your discount will be automatically set. 

This can also be added in the checkout screen at the top of checkout.

Payments

If your PayPal isn’t working try:

  1. Clear your cache and cookies and try again
  2. Try a different browser.
  3. Try placing your order via a computer/laptop instead of a mobile device.
  4. If you are still having issues after you have tried the following, then please contact us through the form on the bottom of the FAQ page for assistance.

What is Your Refund Policy?

Due to the digital nature of the Hey There Bliss Products there is a “no refunds policy” unless you made a duplicate purchase at Hey There Bliss.

This is to protect our content from those who purchase, download, and get a refund but still use the content.

You DO NOT have the right to rebrand the products you download.  Please make sure to read the policy of the product owner regarding accurate licensing of the product.
